~ Puppy Agreement For New Owners ~

This is our puppy agreement we send all new perspective families. We have a Reservation/Deposit form we send out first that serves as your bill of sale and the puppy agreement is sent to you a couple days before pickup and it must be signed before a puppy can leave. Please read before hand so you can ask any questions before pickup.

Please note that there are 3 pages so be sure to hit the "next" button at the bottom

Thanks, Misty's 101 Doxies

❤️❤️❤️
